Overview
“Chase your dreams, so that you can let your garden grow wild”
Bloom into reality is a concept that honors chasing your dreams. I used the analogy of a flower because like flowers, dreams can bloom, but only if you plant the seeds, and put the energy into making them happen.
Inspiration
It started off by journaling. I was really inspired by how much my life was changing because I started making intentional effort in working toward my goals.
I made a comic to express that and it became the foundation for this concept
.It's also homage to my favorite art movements such as Rococo, Surrealism, and Impressionism.

With that, I had to source the props, clothing, products, and all necessary items, while coordinating with my models to execute my vision.
The Process
Post-production, I took the raw photos and referenced my initial sketches and inspiration. I went through hours of:
Going between Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom to mimick the appearance of a painting.
I also printed each final piece out and scanned each one to give the photos a textured and more refined look.
Outcome
The final results! I turned the original, from what started as dark images against the walls of a basement, into an entirely new landscape. I also made a mixed-media animation to accompany the theme of the photoshoot.
